Arrow Beauty have been in the Beauty Industry for over three decades, Our products come from trusted suppliers with whom we have developed relationships with over many years. All of our products, prior to launch on the market, have been tested and tried b

How can I get a trade account?

You can access our trade prices and products by filling out an account form. We usually take 24-48 hours to process these. If you would like any more information please email sales@arrowbeauty.co.nz.

Can I purchase Arrow Beauty products if i dont have a trade account?

Yes, you can still purchase our Retail products which are available to the public.

How long do orders take to arrive?

It can take between 1-2 business days for your online order to leave Arrow. For orders in the North Island we would expect another 1-2 days transit, for all South Island orders please allow 3-4 days transit.

How is online freight calculated?

We try our best to keep freight costs down, which is why we invested heavily in a online freight system which works out costs by total order weight and postcodes.

Faulty or incorrect goods return policy

If you have received your parcel and realised a product is damaged or not what you ordered, please notify us immediately upon discovering the fault or error at sales@arrowbeauty.co.nz. Our customer service team will get back to you with a resolution withi

What happens if my order has backorders

If you have a product on backorder, once it arrives to us we will ship it out same day freight free.

Do you do drop shipping?

Yes, we will drop ship orders to your customers. Just let us know when an order is a drop ship order and we will send it directly to your customer.
